you’ve chosen to celebrate your occasion with our longtime friends at
Martins Caterers, Inc.
Everyone here at Tom Gavin’s D J
Delights would like to say “THANK YOU” for selecting us as your musical
entertainment. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to be part
of your celebration.
Once you’ve let your event planner at Martins know that you would like
the music as an option in your package, he or she will send a request
to Tom Gavin’s DJ Delights. We will receive information such as the date,
time, event type, contact name and phone numbers.
DJ Delights will send confirmation back to your event planner at Martins
letting them know we received the request, and have reserved one of our
professional, talented DJs for your special event.
About four to six weeks prior to your occasion, our office will call you
to set up an appointment for you to discuss your music with Tom Gavin.
If you haven’t already started, about three to four weeks prior to your
occasion, you should log onto our web site WWW.DJDELIGHTS.COM.
From there you will need to do the following:
- Create and submit your Wedding Planner or Event Planner.
- Create and submit your music lists from the Music Search and Request Tool.
- Submit any special notes or announcements using any of our internet forms or through email.
- You don’t have to wait for your appointment to begin planning. You may log on at any time to start entering your information.
- Remember to save all of your work with your email address, so you can load your information and re visit it over and over again. Once you’ve completed everything, remember to click the submit button to send the finished documents to Tom Gavin at D J Delights.
We realize special circumstances do arise from time to time. We also understand we may not always have the above timeline to follow. The tools outlined above will help us ensure that your event is fun, successful and just as you’ve planned.
